FAQ
FAQ

Do I need to arrange t-times?

During November and April is high season in Thailand, so early bookings are advised. Early T-times are the busiest times. Low season is generally not too busy, but Thailand weekends and public holidays are many, so booking is always advised.

Do I need a green card?
It is not necessary to have a green card to play golf in Thailand at present, but experience is required/recommended.

Do I need a handicap?
No, definitely not, there is only one exception in Thailand. Also you do not need proof of a membership or similar.

Is there a dress code?
Yes, there is. Like internationally common no jeans, no tank tops, no sleeveless blouses or T-shirts. Shorts and short socks are allowed.

Do I have to use caddies?
Caddies are compulsory on Thailand's courses, and you will be glad you had one too . They know the course, give you valuable hints and nearly find every ball unless of course you "find" the water. Caddie fees range from US$5-US$10 of the caddy fee is always welcome in exchange for a big and happy smile.

Generally, they are very helpful, and offer good knowledge of the course you are playing.

Should I tip the Caddy?

Yes, and tips normally start at US$ 5 - up depending on you! If you are happy with your caddy, then tip well.

Do I need spikes? Spikes are not compulsory, but advised, although soft spikes are preferred in Thailand.

Essential Equipment
Clubs, shoes and umbrellas can normally be rented for a nominal fee at most courses. Please beware of shoe rental as most shoes available fit the smaller Asian foot. It is best to bring your own shoes with you.

What is cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation, we will refund:

- 50% of your payment if at least 72 hours prior your tee-off time.
- No refund for cancellation if less than 72 hours prior your tee-off time or no show.

Our office is open 7 days a week, so you are always welcome to call us, or email to us with your queries or requests, where we will endeavour to give you the best service available.
