It takes around 1.30 hours east of Bangkok, Wangjuntr Golf Park is reputably the most challenging and stunning golf course in Thailand. The unique of WGP is, not only the pristine landscape that fits for the perfect game of golf, but also the outstanding design that corresponds to the championship courses of European and US PGA Tours. While the first nine holes are surrounded by numerous tall rubber trees, the back nine holes are grounded by the In-Land mountain atmosphere. Overall, WGP drawns together a variety of remarkable designs : wide, narrow, left-right doglegs, inclining and declining fairways; huge and tiny water hazards, locating in front, on the sides, and at the back of T-offs/Fairways/Greens; deep, shallow, short and long bunkers; spacious, speedy and sloping greens. The golf course itself is also an opened zoo, where animals naturally reside by their own habitats. By uniting all possibilities and accessibilities, required for a World Class golf course, Wangjuntr Golf Park is the only place that golfers will enjoy a new era of golf, and that golfers will remember a superior distinction from other golf courses around the world.

Been there by Jan 08.
Important point is that we are travelling long way to have fun at your course. unfortunately, caddies are student training who are lacking of experiences - helpless. While we are there to have fun but caddies can not support reading green for mountain course. We were blind putting by our own way.

This second 18 at Wangjuntr is astounding in it's beauty and setting. The greens are still a little over the top in terms of undulation and finding a truly fair pin placment. But the vista tee shots and and difficult approaches make this course a must. Last Played 27 Dec 2007

There are 2 golf courses here at Wangjuntr Golf Park: Valley Course and a new Highland Course. The new Highland was opened to public on 1st April 2007. This is a very wonderful land to play golf like playing golf in a Video Game!!!

Played on March 21, 2007. A wonderful world of golf here in Thailand. Bus will take you up to the mountain, like in Jurassic park surrounding with giant trees, flowers, cool & green smelling of forest hill, singing birds, deers. You'll get a golf cart up there, 1 cart 1 golfer only (never think about walking). Double green served as well. Very difficult at every single hole. Gold tee 7641 yards / Blue 6961 / white 6258 / Red 5578. Grass on fairways is too long (I think they'll cut it soon). Course will be completely open for 18 holes in 2nd of April 2007. You feel like playing golf in heaven. Trust me!....**most caddies are the students working for part time job, don't expect so much on them please.

PLAY ON 27/03/05. This course is great, lay out is so tough, I enjoyed playing very much even my score is a bit higher than my average. Hold no.2 you have to tee off on the cliff into the valley and then approach to the 3rd floor green. THE CADDIES here is a school student. I'M REALLY APPRECIATED TO SEE SUCH A GOOD SUPPORT FOR THE LOCAL KIDS TO HAVE CHANCE TO PLAY GOLF AND FIND SOME EXTRA MONEY ON WEEKEND. You all should try this course, strongly recommended.

I played on 24 Oct '05 (Sun). There was a promotion, a total of approx. 1,600 THB per person includeing one cart for two players, breakfast, food and drinks at tea houses. Green is very fast and high undulated. It's so tough. All holes have two greens. They are enough separated, so it seems to be a 36 hole course. I heard that additional 18 holes will be available soon, then it'll be a real 36 holes golf course. Caddy is well trained, but it may just depends on who. I like to vist again and to try another green layout (Left: Saturday, Right: Sunday).

Amazingly eccentric greens the only good feature unfortunately. Each hole has two greens. Not particularly challenging off the tee; some holes very difficult when playign forst time; hole maps not accurate or always understandable and caddies unhelpful but friendly. Not worth the drive unless you want a putting challenge.
