Short way to shopping, and to both karon and kata beach. Nice pool area. Superb breakfast. Big villas and rooms with nice decor. Very nice spa, but a little expensive. Good restaurant. We have been there twice, and we will love to go there again.

The location of the hotel was good, you had two beaches to choose between. We had the superior room and unfortunaly is the balcony very small ~1.50 meters wide and have nothing to hang your swimsuits on. The shower is attached to the wall and there are no "shower" by the toilet either which can be useful when you have children who has been on the beach. The two swimmingpools are both 1.40 meters deep. And the childrens pool are just 40 centemeters deep. But the spa is expensive but very fine. I rate the hotel *** (3 stars)

The hotel have a good location because you can choose between both Kata and Karon beach and it´s near to shopping and dining. The traffic outside can be irritating because the lack of sidewalks. The superior room have a very small balcony, ~1.20 * 1 m, and there had no place to hang your bathingcloth. To come to the hotel you have to go up a steep hill. The spa is very fine but expensive. On the whole the hotel were good.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We love the pool area. This has been our second visit to this hotel and we will return next year if possible.
