Good Value !
from Singapore (July 28, 2005)
Just returned from Phuket. Stayed at Deevana Spa. Although the hotel is a bit off the centre of activities, I would give it a good 4-star for service & cleanliness. I will definitely go again!

The Deevana Patong resort is one great resort
from Azerbaijan (July 4, 2005)
The Deevana Patong resort is one great resort. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are fantastic and the staff couldnt be more helpful or attentive. The staff were so loving to our two young children Ive never experienced it before. They made our stay. We booked into a garden view room and it was good for the money but we upgraded to a poolview because it was bigger and more modern. We loved every minute of our stay and would definately come again. The kids made some great friends.

staff were friendly and helpful
from Singapore (July 15, 2005)
We stayed at Deevana Patong from the 17 July 05 to 21 July 05 and had a great time there. The hotel´s swimming pools are at our door steps and the beach is about 10 minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were some mosquitoes buzzing around in the hotel room but the problem was solved once the air-conditioner was switched on. Would recommend this hotel to friends

Excellent
from UK (June 8, 2005)
We had a lovely 4 day stay in Phuket, the weather was lovely and the beach fab! It was very quiet though. The hotel was stunning. We were really glad we stayed in the Deevana, the 2 pools were really nice. The staff were really friendly and the breakfasts were brilliant. Will definitely go back and i recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phuket.

Impress patong
from Bangkok (June 21, 2005)
I like the location, clean and rate. Hope will go to visit again and will let my friends know about your hotel but in something I don´t like such as in the fitness centre don´t have music, water, don´t turn on the air condition or fan just open air and breakfast should expand time to 11.00am like mostly hotels in the world.

Convenient location with friendly atmosphere
by John Gray from Melbourne, Australia (October 29, 2005)
The Deevana Patong is a lovely, friendly hotel tucked away up a side street in Patong, a short walk to the beach and shopping and restraurants. It could not be more convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my friend and I had a spacious (and clean) room with a jacuzzi overlooking the main swimming pool. Since we travelled during the low season (October 05) the room rates were very reasonable. The only problem was the mainly overcast weather. We would definately recommend this hotel to travellers to Phuket.

Will stay again!
from Malaysia (June 21, 2005)
Clean, spacious room and the hotel looks new and refreshing. Quite huge area to explore around with nice pools and a ´botanical´ type garden. Food is good but should have more variety. Not far from the beach and very near to food stalls and travel agents and etc... Convenient and good value for money.

Overall good value for money
from Singapore (July 5, 2005)
We had a good time in this hotel. Our room was in the green garden and near the pool - it was very nice. The location is great although it´s not right on the beach it is a short walk to it. Overall good value for money. We will return to Deevana Patong Resort and Spa if we are going to Patong, Phuket again.

Deevana is a great hotel for the money. Good breakfast, great service and a big room. From the hotel it´s a 10 minute walk to the beach and the center. Close enough for the fun, far away from any noise. Good choice, i really recommend the deevana when you want to stay in phuket.

Beautiful resort with great value for money
from India (October 17, 2005)
I was there from the 8th of October 2005 to 12th of October 2005. The first impression of the hotel is beautiful with a thai decorations. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I will always be thankful to them. All my reservations for the tours that we took were very professionally handled and we had a really good time. The breakfast buffet that was included in our room tarrif was great. The Thai massage in front of the hotel that this hoel maintains is also very good and decent. Special mention must be made of the girl in the tour desk who helped us book a hotel in Bangkok, forgot her name, must be Lai/Lei. She was always there for help and helped us a great deal. Overall I would rate 5/5 for this hotel. Locationwise, its very well placed with just a 10 minute walk to Soi Bangla or the Beach Road. The hotel door stays open all time so no problem with you getting in and out of the hotel anytime.

Good food at hawker
by Sherlin from (December 21, 2005)
We went to this hawker centre facing patong beach. I think it is stall 11. The owner has really good service and she can whip up dishes of delicious food within minutes. Her service can be so good that she has already cleaned up and closed her stall but re-open just for us.

Value for money!
by Sam Chek Lian from Singapore (January 3, 2006)
I stayed in a Deluxe spa wing room with private jacuzzi (only 200bht more) It is new, clean and spacious. They have a spacious garden and 3 pools within the hotel premise. Quiet location, close to food and shops, short walk to the beach. Good breakfast, several buffet items changes daily. Hotel staff services are ok. However, hotel2thailand.com has reliable and efficient services, with good prices too. Will book with you again on my next trip to Thailand.

Beautiful place, excellent price
by Neala from Brisbane, AUS (February 6, 2006)
We wlked into the lobby grubby and tired with our backpacks on and were blown away by Deevana. The staff were very professional, the gardens were immaculate and our bed sheets were changed everyday. The location is perfectly fine, about a 10min walk to the beach and shops. I would recommend Deevana to anyone travelling to Pating beach- we couldn´t have asked for more!

Minor Matters, Overall Good Stay!
by Warrick Wong from Singapore (February 8, 2006)
We booked 2 Deluxe Rooms with a jacuzzi for each room and requested for connecting rooms. Front desk staff tried their very best to offer. Though we did not get connecting rooms in the end, no major issue. There was no bath soap/gel in the room when we checked into 1 of the rooms. One phone call and Housekeeping brought 5 bars of soap in less than 5 minutes. Excellent. Minor matter. Some waiters/waitresses during breakfast could be more observant and quick in clearing plates since it was buffet breakfast and many plates/cutlery would be piled up once we get up to go for more food. Overall, those were all minor matters compared to my 17 years´ experience of extensive travel around the globe and having stayed at a variety of hotels ranging from small budgets to super luxurious ones. So long as we had a good stay though it was a very short trip.

Good Service & Nice Resort
by Seow Wui Nee from Malaysia (May 16, 2006)
At first, I was wondering how´s the hotel condition even though there were quite some good reviews written in the website. At first glance to the hotel when I first arrived was "wow"! It was really amazing and nice resort. The services was as good as 4 stars hotel and staff were friendly and efficient. I was staying in Garden Wing Room No 050. Nice and quite environment. However the room was flooded with water the next day after a heavy rain. When we call the reception, they sent their staff to fix it immediately and without delay they let us move to another room (roon no 043)which was in the same row. But the air-conditioner was not as good as the previous room. The breakfast was just good enough for me. There´re quite some varieties of food. It would be too hot for me if I were having my lunch and dinner due to there´s no ceiling fans provided. Looking forward for more promotional packages like this (3nights stay for only USD 87 inclusive of breakfast and airport return transfer)in future. Is really convenient and easy. If I have friend to visit Phuket, I will definately recommend Deevana Patong Resort and Spa.

Dont book the room with garden view
by Roger from Singapore (December 9, 2005)
Stayed between the 6/12-9/12. Huge contrast compared to the images viewed online. Rooms( garden view ) were sparsely furnished. The decor of the hotel was great but the room was a big disappointment. Not value for money, definately.

Great hotel that is very much value for money
by Yeong from Malaysia (May 15, 2006)
We booked 4 rooms at the Garden Wing. Location - OK, walking distance along the crowded street to all the places at patong - beaches, pub street, food! Hotel & services - Nice, big and clean hotel which is value for the money. Service is good, fast response. We experienced 1 room with water leaking (raining), and the staff was fast in changing to other room. Transport service staff is punctual and helpful. Hotel2thailand offered a good promotion price for the rooms! Lowest price for the Great hotel!
