Will go back!
by alan dinehart, md. from United States (November 4, 2005)
The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The front desk was courteous but somewhat confused. The breakfast buffet was not worth the time to stop and eat it. Thai's should not try to prepare "western" breakfast. Would I go back to this hotel - Yes!

Good location excellent staff
by lee monaghan from manchester ,uk (October 6, 2005)
We had a wonderful time in the a- one hotel the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us we were in a party of four people and we all agreed it was marvelous .The only thing that we were not too happy with was lack of bath towels each day there were only two fresh towels not enough really when you are showering 2 /3 times a day.

Never again
by Billy Day from Thailand (November 4, 2005)
I live in Thailand, and have traveled and stayed at many hotels there. This hotel is over rated, and over priced. My family and I had the Royal Cruise Suite for $ US.The DVD player did'nt play NTSC [american DVD's],there were no complimentary coffee's or tea or even botteled water. My family wanted to have breakfast on the huge beautiful balcony, but never received the table and chairs that we called housekeeping three times for.We called the restaurant to order pancake syrup, but instead got regular honey. The food was not very good or tasty. Then when we checked out the front desk personnel did'nt know how to make a Visa Sharecheck Card transaction. They kept telling me that my card was not working when there was nothing at all wrong with it.I and my family for such awhile had always thought it would be a nice experience to stay there. We do not look forward to staying there never again.

A good hotel
by Michael Donovan from London (January 6, 2006)
When you book online it states that all rooms have coffee making facilities and hair driers, this is not true. We were told only the old wing had these facilities not the new wing. After an argument with reception this was resolved. It is something you should address with the hotel!!

Excellent hotel for the money
by FRANK TORRES from New York City, USA (February 1, 2006)
The hotel lobby area was beautifully appointed with plasma TVs, bars, and comfortable furniture. In addition, the fitness center was great--even if you have to pay 200 Bht it's well worth the cost. The hotel staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The pools were well maintained and the beach just across the street. Breakfast was included and there was an enormous variety of foods to choose from and enjoy.

Warning. Checked everything.
by Chris Simms from London UK (January 20, 2006)
The last day we were there, the cleaner had just been and replaced all the towels and handtowels except one hand towels missing and bathroon rug. we didnt think much about it that day but when we checked out the following morning, we got charge for the missing hand towel and bathroon rug. they charge 600 bath when you can acutally buy it in the shop there for only 50 bath. we looked and they were not there but we still got charge. so be warn to make sure you checked everytime the cleaner came to clean your room.

Nice place to stay in Pattaya
by Holger from Switzerland (June 12, 2006)
Good location, not too crowded area, quite limited amount of mixed couples who just met the evening before. Nice Spa attached, a bit pricey, but excellent service. Little issue with minibar but 60Bht are not worth discussing. Staff at reception always extraordinarily friendly. Will return.

Good location, walking distance to Beach Rd. and 2nd Road
by Ed from California, USA (August 25, 2006)
The hotel is in a very good location with pretty good food. I thought the dinner was better than the breakfast. The hotel is close to all the action, though I thought it was a little pricey.

good value
by Eddie Pantitanont from Bangkok,Thailand, auckland New Zealand (October 27, 2007)
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nites, we had a good time, the location was great, the staff were attentive and helpful, very good arrays of buffet breakfast selections, the hotel seems to be very popular amoung Russian, Eastern Euro and Indian tourists, good swimming pools for kids i think the hotel deserves a 3 and a half or even 4 star status instead of the current 3 eddie

nice hotel
by nat from bangkok (December 20, 2007)
The hotel is located in a very convenient part of the city, the staff were reasonably frindly, helpful, polite but not too intrusive, good swimming pools for the family. The breakfast was great. a lot of middle class russian tourists ( which was perfectly ok ) we would stay there again, also i agree with the previous writter that the hotel deserves to be a 4 star, nice hotel regards

good value
by Lin Hui Fang from Taiwan (July 12, 2008)
good location and good value and free internet if you have private computuer with internet line. Clean room and enough space but local phone charge 17B/min and 3 years old child breakfast charge 250B are too much. Kindly stuff.
