Voyage Panorama Resort & Golf Club is on the way to Khao Yai National Park and can be reached either from Bangkok or Korat. The relatively long driving time is rewarded by the golf course which has been build partly through the local virgin forest and partly on a bluff overlooking the whole Khao Yai valley.

The golf course at Voyage Panorama closely follows the contours of its mountain-rimmed valley host and is often pleasant and breezy. For its hazards, the designers have relied on the natural contours of the land, although water does intrude on holes three, four and 15. Naturally, fairways are often sloped as they follow the land contours, so uphill, downhill, and side-hill lies are a plenty.

There is a particularly difficult shot on par-4 10th , where the player has to tee-off over a valley and across the face of a hill to a blind green that doglegs left. Better hitters will be able to reach the green in one shot, however if you have not played here before this can be quite intimidating as it looks as if a well struck tee shot will end up in the jungle above left.

The golf course despite its challenging layout is kept in average to good conditions. Some of the holes have greens which roll fast and true, while others, especially those on the font nine are cut less often and are much slower. Fairways and tee boxes tend to be in good condition except in areas that do not get much sun due to overhanging tree limbs. Rough and bunker areas, while playable, always need some tidying up to be on par with the rest of the golf course.

A clubhouse includes facilities for all the family including 2 nice swimming pools, local and international restaurants and basic overnight lodging facilities. The natural environment and stunning panoramic views makes for a nice 19th hole setting.

A little far from Bkk as its about 2 1/2 hrs to 3 hrs from Bkk. The accomadation at the course is basic with air cond but suitable and clean. Thai TV only in rooms so bring a book.Food was simple but very good.Other comments have spoke of bad service-at the time I was there service was fine. Club house is not large but more than suitable both in size and decor. Greens are hard and fast, fairways were not perfect but ok. It has been dry so I expect as normal the course is better maintained if rains come. Some greens were sanded. Overall not a bad place to play. Nice swiming pool also.It appears that things are well maintained if you consider the number of golfers that play here as most of the time there are not that many people playing during off tourist season.

Great. Well worth the trip. Played 36 holes on Sat., 36 on Sun., and wish it could've been more. Two landmark holes are unforgettable. Rooms and service aim for three stars.

I stayed the night at the lodge at the course. Its basic accomadation but has air cond with no UBC TV so bring a book-its ok but alittle high priced at B1200 a night. The food I found to be quite good but simple type,I had a pork chop that was very good and next morning breakfast was fine. The course was quite good but many greens had heavy sand and fairways has some spots with thin or no grass. I tee'd off at 6 am and finished at 8:30 am on a Saturday. No drink stands are open on course till 8 am so bring your own if you tee off early. Overall in general a nice operation that is maintained as good as can be expected with the business they have it appears to me. I think if it had not been as dry as its been their fairways and greens would deserve a better rating. Its quite aways from Bkk but if for some reason you havea long weekend or going up country drop in for the night. I think most people will be pleased.I guess the best way to put it is that this is a 3 star resort type course.Oh yes has a nice swimming pool for the kids while you golf!

Have just spent a weekend at this course. The food was awful, the service terrible, the whole venue is set up to cater for Korean tour groups (this is seasonal). The accommadation is basic & OK but the aircon didn't work properly and was extremely noisy all night. Sunday's play consisted of a 3hrs 25 min front 9 and 2 hrs 50 min back 9. At the turn between front & back 9, the starter is trying to put in other groups.. Six balls allowed and this dictates the pace of play. Green fees were cheap if you stayed. Course is very dry at present but the greens were electric fast and good. Would I go back again... very very unlikely
