Very nice and big hotel, no restaurants or places to go close to the hotel, but the hotel has everything.
by peter van den einden from The Netherlands (August 23, 2006)
The surerior room i booked for was excellent, but i had to ask for it, because first we've got a very small (and cheaper) room, the reason was that i asked for a double bed and surerior rooms have twins beds, but they could have tell me first. The hotel has 4 towers and many places to go, like 2 nice swimming pools . You can really walk around and that's good, because the neighbourhood has nothing but shops for clothes; no reastaurants, no bars, no other hotels. The hotel is very big and beautifull and needs very much security, we didn't like that to much, you feel observed all the time. My partner is Thai, serious relationship, we checked in together, first 2 days everything ok, but than we came home and were followed by a security man till our room, he was writing down our room number and everything in front of me, i asked him why, no reply and he went to call the staff. I went to the reception and they told me it was for my safety, i really didn't believe this, they could have checked everything in the computer, i don't have (and want) to know, but not like this. So if you are not Thai and have a Thai partner, prepare yourself you can be treated like customer and hooker, they don't tell you like that, but it's the feeling you will have. But speaking about the hotel only; it's very nice.

Large commercial hotel
by Dr. David Wayne from Scottsdale, Arizona (November 4, 2006)
Probably better for conferences and conventions, the hotel is laid out in several distinct buildings so to get to the spa, for example, one had to go o | | | |
