The Legacy Golf Club is the only Jack Nicklaus course in Bangkok. It was formerly known as Natural Park Ramindra Golf Club and part of the large Natural Park group of courses. Before Legacy Golf Club was taken over by the Natrural group it was independently run as the Winsan Golf Club. The golf club is located next to Safari World in the Minburi area and is a very easy 40 minute drive from the city center of Bangkok.

The course is popular with local Thai golfers, members, and golf visitors alike. Course conditions are well kept especially considering the amount of rounds played. Caddies are well trained and as good if not better than other Bangkok golf courses. However, during the rainy season the fairways can get soggy very quickly as the course is in one of the lower lying areas of Bangkok.

Legacy Golf Club was built between two lakes and is equally challenging for amateur and professional golfers alike. All the common Jack Nicklaus design features such as waste bunkers, wide fairways, and tight approaches are found in abundance at Legacy.

The Jack Nicklaus designed course measures over 7,100 yards from the “Jack” tees, but with 5 tee boxes to choose from the golf course provides a tough test for players of all abilities. Huge lakes come into play on almost half the holes. Greens are good but sometimes on the slow side, at least compared to some of the top Bangkok golf courses such as Alpine and Thai Country Club. Most of the greens are well guarded and surrounded by deep bunkers. The par 4, sixteenth plays especially difficult as a large island green is all but surrounded by water and sand.

The large clubhouse has several restaurants and function rooms. Service is quite good and the Japanese cuisine in particular is well priced and quite tasty.

Played on 14 Dec. Rather long from the blue tee. Condition of airways and greens is good. Layout quite interesting as well. Problem was the heavy traffic involved in getting there in the morning.

Nice course layout with good use of water and waste bunkers. Is currently in good condition, greens are quite fast but true. Big locker room and very good food.

Great Design by Jack Nicklaus. COurse condition was pretty good. If anyone is here for a short time, I would highly recommend this course, for anyone from a 20hdcp to 1hdcp(like myself)

A difficult course, especially on green shots. But the course is not on good maintain, you can see leaves on some green. Caddies can guide you, but some can't speak English, you must communicate hard. A typical Jack Nicklaus course, penalty and reward.

If you have played in other Jack Nicklaus courses, you will find this course familiar. Good course and quite well maintained. The caddy gave me the wrong distance at the last hole and I hit the ball in the water. I learned later he was new.

First, I thought it was a new golf course until my friend told me that it was Natural Park before which I'm not impress at all, but when I was there it is far far different than before. Everything was great, conditions, services. I really enjoyed it as much as all of my friend good value for money. I would like to recommend this course to anyone who want to play in a good golf course and I mean a very good course

Typical Nicklaus's style, heaven or hell, reward or penalty. 9 holes with bunkers, the other 9 with water hazards. Most of time, your 2nd shot need a middle or long iron, and you need high green regulation, or water or bunkers wait for the balls! How can I say? If you plan to play at Panya Indra, my honest suggestion is: maybe Legacy is a better choice!

I usually do not play in Thailand during the tourist season because of the crowds and the horrible delays on all but a few select Thai courses, but I really needed a "golf fix". Surprise! The speed of play was stunning - 4:40 only, off of a Saturday mid-morning tee time! Our caddies were a hoot, but very competent when the money putt was on the line. This Nicklaus design was a challenge for my limited skills, but I still managed my share of pars. From the bag drop to locker room to reception and all the way through the course, the staff were quite enthused to have us there. This is a great designer course for a very reasonable mid-market price - it felt like "member's only golf". No delays, and no surprises, except the greens need a bit more work. I will play this one more regularly, even during the tourist season to get my "golf fix".
